2008 Pontiac Vibe Review
The Vibe is a samll station wagon that was introduced in 2003. The Vibe was co-produced alongside Toyota, and is nearly identical to the Toyota Matrix. It has seen little change since its debut.
The BuyingAdvice Team Says:
The Pontiac Vibe is a reliable and roomy budget-level wagon. However, it hasn’t aged well, especially in a segment that has grown incredibly competitive. There are now several similar models on the market that offer more features at the same price, or even lower.

What Others Are Saying:
“Anyway, the Pontiac Vibe is a practical, frugal, reliable and dull-driving machine that deserves a place on any economy car buyer’s short list.” – The Truth About Cars
“A compact yet versatile package with Pontiac flair and Toyota dependability.” – Motor Trend
“Pontiac has a tendency to low ball prices on some of its models – for that matter, so does Porsche – so pay attention to the options sheet. By the time you get your vehicle equipped with all the stuff you should have (like ABS, side curtain air bags and, perhaps, stability control), you’re approaching sticker-shock territory.” – About.com
