Find Out How New Car Dealerships Work These Days

Now when you walk into a car dealership looking for a new car you might find Internet access, flat screen TVs, video games, coffee, fresh cookies, pizza and comfortable sofas.

The one thing you won't find: annoying car salesmen.

The Automotive Retail Revolution Campaign is taking the unpleasantness out of the car buying experience and replacing it with an informative and fun approach to selling cars.

Bright colors, modern designs and futuristic vehicle displays let you look around on your own and find the information through the many displays and terminals. If you have questions, a car dealer is not far and can help you through his interactive PDA.

The commitment to the consumer goes beyond car buying. Some dealerships even offer free car washes as long as you drive their brand. They also keep you entertained with movies and a coffee bar while you wait for your car to be serviced. Just be careful, otherwise the car dealership might become your favorite place to hang out!

Mazda and Honda started the trend a few years ago and results have been very good so far. The program is growing quickly and now Mazda has more than 30 Retail Revolution car dealerships across the country.

The famous phrase "the customer is always right" is taking on a new meaning thanks to the Retail Revolution Campaign. An updated phrase may read "the customer is king!" I like the sound of that.
